Available through one centralized location, the enhanced data set allows Barrie and District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) Members to instantly search and review assessment, structural, and land registry data elements for residential properties.

Updated weekly, these reports provide real-time market value estimates, and a full comprehensive breakdown of up to 12 comparable properties
REB Residential Detail Report
Additional details about the property including building permit information, a breakdown of the primary structure square footage by floor level, renovation and addition years, and the square footage of all secondary structures

Allows users to save on a per report basis with bundled purchases on the AVM, Residential Detail, and Floor Area Reports
