Teranet Inc. Enhances GeoWarehouse® with Premium Data Attributes & Property Reports from MPAC

Toronto – July 5, 2019 – Teranet Inc., in partnership with MPAC, has enhanced its GeoWarehouse® solution to provide additional data and reports for all properties across Ontario. Available through one centralized location, the enhanced data set allows Barrie and District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) Members to instantly search and review assessment, structural, and land registry data elements for residential properties.

In addition to the enhanced data, new GeoWarehouse® transactional reports are now available to BDAR members, including:

Enhanced AVM Residential Comparable Report & NEW AVM Market Sales Report

Updated weekly, these reports provide real-time market value estimates, and a full comprehensive breakdown of up to 12 comparable properties

REB Residential Detail Report

Additional details about the property including building permit information, a breakdown of the primary structure square footage by floor level, renovation and addition years, and the square footage of all secondary structures

Report Bundles (Coming Soon!)

Allows users to save on a per report basis with bundled purchases on the AVM, Residential Detail, and Floor Area Reports
