Beginning with a Lunch 'n' Earn featuring Marc Laurin, Sales Account and Business Development Executive, from MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation). Marc provided valuable background information regarding property assessment in Ontario with helpful tools to ensure our Members are successful.
This was closely followed with a hands-on lesson from GeoWarehouse, in system navigation and use.
September 25th brought the BDAR Members together again for a signature REALTTalk Speaker Series on Squarefootage. Bringing together a panel of industry experts to cover the ever-changing market and data. Offering insight into the importance and value of the accuracy, value and process for square footage measurement; touching on resources and industry best practices.
