The Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) has released its latest market data for February 2025, reflecting a market in transition, with slight month-over-month declines in sales and pricing but strong inventory levels providing opportunities for buyers.
In February 2025, Simcoe County recorded 475 home sales, down 14.26% from February 2024 and 1.04% lower than January 2025. While sales activity softened, the region continues to see steady market engagement.
The average sale price reached $792,486, a 5.76% decrease year-over-year and a 5.85% dip from January 2025. This pricing adjustment signals greater affordability for buyers and a more competitive landscape for sellers.
New listings totaled 1,234, a 4.86% decrease from February 2024 and down 13.04% from January 2025, reflecting typical early-year market trends. Active listings remained stable at 2,546, representing a 78.42% year-over-year increase, providing greater selection for buyers.
The months of inventory rose slightly to 5.36, indicating a balanced market with more homes available to meet demand.

U888 mình mới ghé thử vì thấy bạn bè nói nhiều, kiểu vào cho biết thôi. Ai ngờ giao diện nhìn khá nhẹ mắt, không bị nhồi nhét nên lướt một vòng là hiểu ngay nên bắt đầu từ đâu. Mình không có ngồi tìm hiểu sâu, chủ yếu xem cách họ bố trí trang thế nào. Điểm mình ưng là nội dung chia thành từng khối rõ ràng, nhìn như mấy “card” tách bạch nên kéo xuống vẫn dễ theo dõi, không bị rối.
