The Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) has released its latest market data for June 2025, revealing steady market activity alongside continued growth in housing inventory across Simcoe County. While prices have moderated, a slight increase in sales and a strong supply of listings point to a healthy, more balanced market environment.
Simcoe County recorded 445 home sales in June 2025, showing a modest 1.34% decline from the 451 homes sold in June 2024. Compared to May 2025, however, sales rose by 2.47%, reflecting consistent buyer engagement at the start of summer.
The average sale price in the region reached $828,459, down 4.68% year-over-year and 2.47% lower than May, suggesting that buyers continue to benefit from increased selection and negotiation power.
New listings totaled 1,638 in June, a 15.50% year-over-year increase, while active listings grew to 2,749, up 22.33% from June 2024 and 6.58% higher than May. The months of inventory climbed to 5.3, up from 4.0 last year, reinforcing a shift toward more balanced conditions.
“June’s data reflects a market that is finding its equilibrium,” says BDAR Chair Robin Jones. “With more listings and consistent sales, both buyers and sellers are able to make informed decisions. REALTORS® continue to offer valuable expertise to help clients navigate these changing dynamics.”

Was reading through a forum exchange that didn’t try to rank Canadian gaming clubs but instead explored how different options suit different habits. Some users talked about quick sessions, others about longer, more focused play, and how certain design choices either help or distract. The writing felt reflective, almost like notes rather than advice. In that flow, Drip Casino appeared once as a balanced option, noted for its steady interface and lack of unnecessary complexity. It wasn’t emphasized, which made the reference feel more natural and trustworthy.

I never really thought about BDAR Stats: June 2025 in this way before, but reading how it frames Simcoe County’s 445 home sales, the 5.3‑month‑inventory‑jump, the mollified average‑price‑signal ($828,459, down 4.68% YoY, 2.47% MoM), and the 15.5%‑higher‑new‑listings pile as evidence of “finding its equilibrium” made me appreciate how much the post is really about selling the “not‑overheated, but‑still‑alive” market‑story: the blurb explicitly notes that prices have cooled off while inventory and selection have ramped up, so the “buyer” side gains negotiation‑space and the “seller” side still has a consistent, if slower‑spinning, wheel of activity, and the “months of inventory” metric is the quiet ace of that argument, turning 5.3 months from a “too‑slow” read into a “thanks‑for‑not‑panic‑buying” read. It’s striking…
