The Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) has released its latest market data for November 2024, highlighting continued resilience and growth in Simcoe County’s real estate market. The data shows significant year-over-year gains and slight month-over-month adjustments, indicating a market adapting to evolving conditions.
In November 2024, Simcoe County saw 617 home sales, representing a 63.23% increase from the 378 sales recorded in November 2023. Compared to October 2024, sales dipped by 6.66%, reflecting typical seasonal trends. The average sale price reached $811,934, up 3.41% from $785,161 a year ago, though down 3.78% from $843,791 in October 2024.
New listings totalled 1,432, marking a 9.06% increase compared to November 2023. However, this represents a 25.84% decrease from October 2024’s 1,931 new listings. Active listings stood at 3,613, a 58.60% rise year-over-year and a 4.76% increase from October 2024. The months of inventory sat at 5.86, indicating balanced market conditions.

"Buyers are continuing to see opportunities in our region, and with more active listings available, the market is offering greater flexibility and options. As we head into the new year, Simcoe County remains a dynamic and evolving market for buyers and sellers alike."

Mình thích nhất là phần câu hỏi thường gặp, đặt ở chỗ dễ thấy và đọc nhanh kiểu hỏi–đáp gọn gàng, hợp cho ai mới vào còn lơ ngơ. Cuộn xuống thì các khối nội dung hiện theo từng cụm, tiêu đề nổi bật nên mắt bắt thông tin nhanh. Nói chung cảm giác họ làm giao diện hiện đại, nhìn sáng sủa, và phần FAQ được trình bày thành block riêng khá dễ theo dõi.

Vào cái là thấy họ chia nội dung theo từng khối rõ ràng, nhìn thoáng chứ không bị dồn chữ một cục nên đỡ mệt mắt. Mình cũng để ý cái menu đặt khá lộ, chuyển qua lại giữa các mục nhanh, không phải bấm vòng vòng nhiều lần. Kéo xuống vẫn giữ được mạch thông tin, kiểu mỗi phần có tiêu đề tách bạch nên không bị lạc. Nói chung cảm giác lướt ổn, nhất là mấy bảng thông tin dạng cột…
